Group Registration
The current holiday details are
provisional and will be confirmed in the spring of 2008 when we expect to
receive details of our Oberammergau ticket allocation. We will then
publish our brochure with confirmed prices and flight details. At that
stage we will start to collect deposits. Our target brochure launch date is
April 2008.
Before publication, we will discuss
and confirm the price and other details of pre-allocated holidays with group
organisers. We will then send organisers correct brochures and
Booking Forms and request deposits. We do not expect anyone to pay a
deposit before the brochure is published.
On publication, group organisers will
have a period of three months to collect deposits and provided at least half
of their party have signed up within that period, we will be able to hold
space for a further extended period.
Our Programme
Choose
an 8 or 10 day holiday flying from a choice of airports.
We are presenting a programme of holidays built on our experience of the
previous two Passion Play seasons.
Choose to stay in the Tyrol, the
alpine village of Maria Alm or the lake district around Salzburg.
In each case a choice of three or four star grade hotels are offered.
Some are familiar from 2000, others are new for 2010.
Choose to
fly from Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham or the London area.
Flight details are currently being negotiated and will be presented
with our final brochure.
Provisional Group Booking
We
expect to receive confirmation of our Oberammergau ticket allocation in the
Spring of 2008 and when this comes through we will re-confirm all
arrangements with party organisers and produce our brochure of holidays.
Our target publication date is April 2008. We will then confirm
the price of your holiday and send you brochures and Booking Forms to send
to your people.
We do not expect anyone to make any
sort of commitment before the brochure is published.

All of our parties will number about
45 travellers and we are allocating at this stage either complete parties
comprising 45 places, half parties of 25 or blocks of 15 places. If places
are still available after the group booking process is complete, we can
offer these to individuals wishing to attend the Passion Play.
This is the third season of
Oberammergau Passion Play holidays we have organised and our aim is to
encourage a real feeling of ecumenism as we participate together in this
landmark Christian experience.

The EXPERIENCE
It
is not possible to extend your stay in Oberammergau and, for this reason,
Special Pilgrimages combine the unique experience of a visit to the Passion Play
with a holiday among the beautiful lakes and majestic mountains of Austria.
Parties will visit Oberammergau for two nights at the beginning or end of their
holiday or overnight in the middle as shown on each itinerary
Five or seven nights of your holiday are in a resort hotel where each day we
offer a programme of optional excursions.
Budget on about £100 to participate in all of the excursions or plan
independent days of walks and relaxation.
Flights are still at the planning stage but will be from the regional airports
shown with airlines and flight times being confirmed during 2009.
